Healthy Aging Services:
(1) Functional Wellness Tune-Ups, and
(2) Functional Fitness for Active Adults (FFAA)!
- Functional Wellness Tune-Ups: Not covered by insurance, this Package includes a comprehensive screening (60 minutes) of strength, flexibility, posture and balance/fall prevention with customized Home Exercise Program via E-Mail, two 30-Day Follow-Ups (30 minutes each) for Progression/Updates, PLUS an emphasis on Gut Health for optimizing your body’s NUTRITION as well as IMMUNE RESPONSE with ongoing email support for one year — ALL for $349!***
- Functional Fitness for Active Adults (FFAA): Not covered by insurance, our FFAA services are offered as either (a) 30-minute private sessions for $55/session or (b) 45-minute sessions for small groups of 2-5 adults for $40/person per session focusing on exercises most important to optimizing healthy functional strength and mobility.***
*We offer all of our services as In-Network providers with most insurances (be sure to call us to check that we accept yours). Should your insurance not cover the services you need or want, or should you not have insurance, we have reasonable fees for each of our available services.
**Please note that we do require full payment for all services rendered at each visit.
